Refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course for any reason—including not having the required textbook by the first day—you may reschedule to take the same course within six months of the original course date. After this period, the course will be forfeited. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Courses are non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash.
